Ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original mailer or a similar protective bag.

Label and Post

Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

Processing and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
